If you have received an email notification from us notifying you that your order has been shipped, please refer to the information below to track the progress of your shipment.
Once you have been notified by email that your Order has been shipped, log into your own account and view your Billing/Order History to find the following information about your Order:
(a) Name of Shipper (e.g. Singapore Post);
(b) Method of Shipment (e.g. Registered Mai);
(c) Tracking Number (e.g. RR123456789SG);
(d) Date of Shipment;
(e) Estimated Transit Times.
With the above information, insert into the above text box the package tracking details located against the respective order as displayed in your Billing/Order History, to track the progress of your shipment.

Depending on shipping location, average estimated transit times of your Order from the time of shipment, are as follows:
(a) Singapore Post - Registered Mail - 3 to 5 Working Days (for Singapore) and 10 to 18 Working Days (to all other countries);
(b) Singapore Post - Speed Post Air Parcel - 8 to 12 Working Days;
(c) Singapore Post - Speed Post EMS - 3 to 10 Working Days;
(d) FedEx - 6 to 8 Working Days (Economy Service) or 2 to 3 Working Days (Priority Service).
- A Working Day is represented as any day between Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Should your Order fail to arrive within the Estimated Transit Times, please contact us by email and we will contact the relevant Shipper to trace the whereabouts of your Order.
- For Singapore Post, please note that we may only contact them to raise an enquiry only after 18 Working Days from the time of shipment.
