Megabass - Bait-X - GG MEGABASS-KINKURO - Floating Crankbait

The Megabass Bait-X is a feature packed, 66mm, 10.63grams (3/8oz), floating crankbait, fishing lure that is designed for deep diving action.

The lure comes equipped with a tungsten weight transfer system located in its dorsal section running almost the entire length of its body. This not only creates a high centre of gravity causing the lure to roll from side to side and produce a wide wobbling action when being retrieved, but it also ensures that the Bait-X will cast superbly without tumble as its weight transfer system shifts to the rear of the lure when cast. 

When the Bait-X makes contact with water, the tungsten weight balancer slides forward sending the lure into a steep dive as it is being retrieved. As its hits bottom, the oversized bib of the Bait-X shovels into gravel, stirring up silt, knocking into and bouncing erratically off structures, creating commotion and wanted attention that is sure to attract unsuspecting prey. 

To accentuate the commotion, this crankbait comes with internal rattlers that produce its own unique hi-pitch soundtrack that sends out a homing signal to draw prey to it. Once retrieval is paused, the lure floats up and makes it’s ascend to the surface, ready to begin its next ground assault once the slack is picked up again on the next retrieve.

To add to its fatal attraction, the Bait-X's bib, incorporates two water intakes that is designed to create a bubble trail as water is forced through its intake ports that is diffused across a pinched area of surface in the lure’s tail section.

In combination, these features make the Megabass Bait-X crankbait deadly against its intended prey.
