The overwhelming lightness and ultra-high tension of the DESTROYER P3 - F6-67X - G-AX, far exceeds that of earlier versions of SUPER DESTROYERS. The rod blank comes with added casting reach and is geared with immense torque, which is easily tapped into and comes quick as pressure is applied on hook-up. As a flagship model, the SUPER DESTROYER is tuned with combat-ready specs with its extreme power-to-weight ratio necessary to challenge heavy weight monsters even with its super lightweight blank.
FEATURES
The blank used in the DESTROYER Phase 3 series comprises of a 6 axis construction featuring a high-density, ultra high and elastic modulus 46T graphite. With its multi-axis manufacturing technology, the Phase 3 rods feature a thin-wall effect resulting in the magnification and fast transition of vibrations along the blank thus allowing heightened sensitivity. The 6 axis design also allows for additional protection and durability to the rod for prolong usage.
This rod features a unique DRF Reel seat which exposes the 6 axis COREPLEX blank to the user for enhanced sensitivity. When handling the rod, your hands would come into direct contact with the P3 Destroyer rod thus allowing you to 'feel' the blank and sense the minute vibrations of your lure. With its minimal design, there is significant weight reduction in the overall rod design.
The rods in DESTROYER Phase 3 series consists of Fuji Concept Titanium Guides which are provide enhanced corrosion resistance and at the same time, reduce the overall weight of the rods.
The unique shaft locking system reduces any spatial allowance between the Destroyer Phase 3 rods and the accompanying reel. This increases the rigidity of the support shaft blanks butt section and also increases the sensitivity of the rod setup.
