As a bait finesse rod, the blank of the OROCHI X4 - F2.1/2-64X4 - THE HEDGEHOG harnesses the ultra extra fast performance taper of the HEDGEHOG models of past.
The tip section uses high-sensitivity, high-strength carbon solids by way of a new manufacturing procedure, strengthening its torque while presenting an incredibly flexible tip for subtle action and hook sets.
This rod has a very combative bait finesse shaft, which when used for flipping and pitching jig heads or no sinker worms,will place casts with greater precision.
FEATURES
Blanks used in the Orochi X4 series consist of a proprietary 4 axis woven graphite. The 4 axis weave helps to improve the strength and durability of the rod and at the same time, also enhances the sensitivity of the blanks.
The unique aluminium IHLS shaft locking system reduces the spatial allowance between the Orochi X4 series and the accompanying reel. This results in an increased rigidity of the support shaft blanks butt section and also enhances the sensitivity of the rod setup.
A unique small guide diameter system developed through rigorous real world testing and feedback in pursuit of excellent light line control. By combining it wit a bait finesse feel, the casting performance when using super light sub 2g rigs increases. The sensitivity is also increased allowing for immediate responses to subtle hits. It features Megabass' original guide positioning, perfect for bait finesse games.
The Orochi X4 F2.1/2-64X4 Hedgehog features an ultra extra fast solid tip which enhances the sensitivity of the rod when fishing in tough conditions. The flexible tip helps increase the rate of solid hookups when fish are more timid and their bites more subtle.
