The OROCHI X4 - F4-65X4 - ONETEN STICK was designed specifically as a jerk bait rod, to precisely control and harness the full potential of the VISION ONETEN jerk bait series of lures.
The high tension and high torque of the X4 carbon graphite matrix that is used in blank’s construction of this rod is more than sufficient to handle the suddenstrikes encountered by jerk baits with ease.
Megabass have used a shorter grip to reduce arm and wrist fatigue from the repeated jerks whilst working the VISION ONETEN lures. Balance and manoeuvrability have not been compromised with this ergonomic consideration, making it easy for this rod to be used in any situation.
With its regular taper and X4 construction, the ONETEN STICK is a versatile rod that has exceptional potential for top water games and cranking.
Blanks used in the Orochi X4 series consist of a proprietary 4 axis woven graphite. The 4 axis weave helps to improve the strength and durability of the rod and at the same time, also enhances the sensitivity of the blanks.
The unique aluminium IHLS shaft locking system reduces the spatial allowance between the Orochi X4 series and the accompanying reel. This results in an increased rigidity of the support shaft blanks butt section and also enhances the sensitivity of the rod setup.
