SPRO - Bronzeye Frog 65 - MIDNIGHT WALKER - Floating Hollow Body Frog Bait

The Spro Bronzeye Frog 65, is a 17.7gram (5/8oz), 6.5cm, floating hollow body frog bait fishing lure designed to be thrown into heavy cover for topwater, walk-the-dog action.

The body is made of thick-walled flexible PVC skin, that is painted with its colour-fast, eye-catching design. 

The wall-thickness not only maintains the lure’s shape to create sufficient internal positive pressure to displace water from entering the body to give it its buoyancy, but it also gives the lure its durability and strength to withstand damage from being repeatedly pulled through snags. 

The Bronzeye Frog is equipped with an extra wide gape  #4/0 Gamakatsu EWG Double Hook with tip points positioned close to the body to make the lure snagless.

A rear positioned flat keel weight is molded into the base of the lure, allowing for the hook tips to be completely exposed when the lure body compresses from a strike, thereby increasing the change of a solid hook set.

A duel eye connector, which is made from thick gauge wire and welded closed to prevent line slippage, securely fastens the double hook to the nose of the lure.

The lure comes with extra-long, living rubber legs (which can be trimmed to length to suit the angler’s preference) that are securely fastened from within the body so that they cannot be pulled out from a strike.

The Bronzeye Frog is ideal for fishing in heavy cover to open water, making it an all rounded purpose lure for the bass and snakehead angler.
