The Daiwa Morethan Baysole Minnow 73S is a sleek profiled, narrow bodied, 73mm, 9.3grams, sinking minnow fishing lure that is designed for midwater diving action.

Equipped with a short (2cm) but relatively wide (1.4cm) lip that is angled approximately 60 degrees downwards, the Baysole Minnow will dive to a depth of 1.2m, whilst producing a high pitch wobbling action on a steady retrieve.

Where this lure comes into its element, is on a slow / jerk-pause-jerk retrieve pattern, where it is able to produce an accentuated rolling action to reflect light off its flanks, whilst possessing the ability to right itself quickly even on a super slow retrieve.

This self-righting ability, is made achievable by the incorporation of three fixed tungsten balancers at the base of the lure that protrude half way outside its body to keep the centre of gravity as low as possible.

With such versatility, the Daiwa Morethan Baysole Minnow 73S is ideally suited for targeting seabass in port areas which are known to hug close to the hull of ships and under wharf pylons, where a slow retrieve / jerk-pause-jerk action, has the highest chance of eliciting a strike.
