Our servers that hosts our original website crashed on 24th April resulting in a loss of data. Our hosting company is working with their data recovery partner to restore the latest version of our original site. Return Policy

 

Please read this entire Paragraph 6 in conjunction with Clause 6 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale that governs your acceptance of your purchase, our guarantee, this return policy and its procedures.

6.1 Guarantee

Thank you for choosing to purchase from Eastackle.

It is important to us that you feel comfortable shopping with Eastackle and that you are happy with what you have purchased.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase when it arrives, you may return it to us if it has not been used and it is returned in its original condition as you had received it from Eastackle.

We will repair or replace the Product(s) in question, credit your account, or send you a prompt refund upon receipt of the rejected Product(s).

Please note that use of the Products shall be deemed as acceptance and that this Return Policy shall not apply.

6.2 Inspection on Delivery

Upon receipt of delivery of the Product(s) that you have purchased, please inspect both its packaging and its content carefully for damage.

If the exterior package appears damaged on delivery, either:

  1. Refuse shipment (and notify us immediately by emailing to CustomerService@Eastackle.com of such rejection); or
  2. Ensure (that if you do decide to take delivery) that:
    1. The UPS delivery representative notes the damage on the delivery ticket before you take receipt of the shipment;
    2. You note the name and contact details of the UPS delivery representative for future reference purposes;
    3. You save all original damaged packaging material, delivery receipt and merchandise for UPS to inspect.
    Upon taking delivery, please examine the contents of the Package carefully for damage.

6.3 How to Return Products to Us

If you do decide to return a Product(s) that you are not happy with, please adhere to the following steps:

(a) Notify Eastackle within 5 days of delivery

Please email to CustomerService@Eastackle.com within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products to you, stating the:

  1. Invoice number of the Products;
  2. Item name and description to be returned;
  3. Reasons for rejection.

Upon receipt, we shall issue you with a return Product authorisation (“ RPA ”) number to acknowledge receipt of your intention to reject and return the Products to Eastackle under our Return Policy.

Failure to notify us in writing as prescribed in the manner and within the time frame as set out above shall be deemed as your acceptance of the Products that you have purchased and this ReturnPolicy shall not apply. For further details, please read this entireParagraph 6 in conjunction with Clause 6 of the Terms and Conditions of Sale .

(b) Complete the Return Form and prepare the Products for collection

Once you have notified us and received your RPA number, please complete the Return Form located on the reverse side of the invoice for the Products that are being rejected, by inserting:

  1. The RPA number that we have issued to you;
  2. Your name and contact details;
  3. Any other information as requested for on the Return Form.
Once you have completed the Return Form, please prepare your packagefor shipment by enclosing the completed Return Form along with the rejected Products in the original box (or an appropriately sized box that may be provided by UPS or by another reputable courier of your preference) with its original protective packaging. In addition, please display the RPA number on a conspicuous place on the outside of the package for ease of reference.

(c) Contact UPS or a reputable courier to pick up the rejected Products

Once your package is ready for shipment, please contact UPS or areputable courier (such as UPS) that offers a traceable shipping method to collect the package to be shipped on CIF terms to the followingaddress:

Please note that we will not be responsible for the return shipping charges and for bearing any other cost that is related to such shipment (including insurance, local taxes, any loss or damage to the rejected Products that may arise as a result of such return shipment ,etc) of the rejected Products back to us unless such rejection is due to our error in your order where we have inadvertently sent you a different order from the Products that you had originally purchased though theWebsite’s Order Process. In this respect, we strongly recommend that you purchase sufficient insurance through your courier to cover loss ordamage to the rejected Products during shipment.

In addition, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee(where such percentage shall be calculated against the total cost of the returned Products) for the return of the Products to Eastackle after forty-five calendar (45) days from the date of issuance of theRPA number.
