7.1 Warranty Coverage

The Warranty that accompanies the Products that we offer on our Website is for 1 year from the date of delivery to you and is limitedby the coverage that each manufacturer warrants for their respective Products.

Please read this entire Paragraph 7 in conjunction with Clause 9 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale which describes and governs the Warranty.

7.2 Warranty Claim

Should you discover a defect in your Product which is covered by this Warranty, please notify us by emailing to CustomerService@Eastackle.com providing us with:

  1. Your invoice number and date for the purchase of the defective Product for reference purposes; and
  2. A detailed description of the events leading up to the occurrence of the defect to assist the respective Product manufacturer in determining the cause of defect.

Upon receiving and acknowledging your email notification, please arrange for shipment of the defective Product to the following address for inspection by us or the respective manufacturer:

We recommend that you use a reputable courier (such as UPS) that offers a traceable shipping method and purchase sufficient insurance through your courier to cover loss or damage to the defective Productduring shipment.

For tracking purposes, please provide us with the airway bill number/tracking number and the expected date of delivery of the defective Product to us by emailing to CustomerService@Eastackle.com .

Please note that we will not be responsible for any shipping charges and for bearing any other cost that is related to such shipment (including insurance, local taxes, any loss or damage to the defective Product that may arise as a result of such shipment etc).

Upon receipt and inspection of the defective Product, the respective manufacturer (and/or Eastackle as the case may be) shall, at its sole and absolute discretion, either repair such Product or replace it with an equivalent product or part, provided that the respective manufacturer (and/or Eastackle as the case may be) is satisfied that the defect is attributable to defects in material and workmanship int he Products.

Please note that given the nature of this sport and the considerable strain that is placed on equipment, certain manufacturers reserve the right to charge a fee for labour and/or parts as part of this Warranty. Such Products that will attract such a fee have been identified on the Website.
