Please read this Paragraph 4 in conjunction with Clause 5 of the Terms and Conditions of Sale to familiarise yourself with the terms of delivery and receipt of your purchase.

4.1 International Orders

We offer a variety of shipping options (which you can choose from at checkout) for items that attract a shipping fee. Each option varies in terms of price, service, insurance cover and delivery timelines which you can select from during the checkout process. 

Items that are marked with 'FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING', will be sent by Registered Airmail. The usual shipping duration is 8 to 14 working days. Your order will be mailed out on the following working day (not inclusive of Saturday and Sunday and public holidays) from the date of receipt of order.

Please note that your items are not insured (and in most instances, cannot be insured) when sent by Singapore Post's Registered Airmail service and we have no control over the postage of the items once they have left Singapore. Towards this end, our responsibility for your items ceases once Singapore Post has indicated on their website, that the items have left Singapore.  If this is unacceptable to you, please do not proceed with your purchase of an item that is marked with 'FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING'. Instead, please contact us and let us know as we can provide alternative shipping options that will allow you to insure your item. 

Whilst a majority of items on our website are marked for 'FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING', we will charge a small 'HANDLING FEE' in instances where the purchase amount falls short of the then current minimum purchase amount (this is indicated at check-out). 

Whilst we have done everything in our capacity to offer free worldwide shipping, this handling fee has been introduced reluctantly, to off set against rising fuel cost and surcharges and packaging cost that we are not able to bear particularly when the order amount is small. However, should you purchase above the then current minimum purchase amount, no handling fee will be charged.

4.2 Local Orders

Unless you have opted not to self collect your item, we will post all local orders by Singapore Post Smart Pac or Registered Mail service. Please note that 'Handling Fees' will also apply for local orders that are below the current minimum order amount. 

4.3 Shipping and Billing Address

If you are paying by credit card, we will ship your order only to your credit card billing address.

This is a security measure that Visa and MasterCard have recommended and which we have adopted to mitigate against credit card fraud.

Should you wish to ship your order to a different address other than your credit card billing address, please contact us at CustomerService@Eastackle.com.

We may request for additional supporting documentation from your card issuing bank and other third party sources to substantiate you as the legitimate cardholder for a particular transaction if you wish to pay by credit card.

Alternatively, we may ask that you consider another payment mode to facilitate the transaction.

4.4 Order Status – Tracking of Shipment.

You will receive an email from us once your order has been shipped. The email will contain instructions on how to track the shipment/postage of your items to you.
