Whilst the Vision 110 Silent Riser has the same profile and deadly Katsuage Trebele hooks as the original Vision 110, it has an improved and silent action. This comes with the enhanced and carefully thought out fixed- balancer system and an internal reflective plate. The rattles are also removed and the tungsten balancers fixed near the first treble hook and the tail.
As a result, there is now more body roll during retrieve, more life-like darting action, and more side-to-side movement of the head when jerked. When retrieved slowly and gently, the Vision 110 Silent Riser resembles a baitfish. When retrieval is paused, the Vision 110 Silent Riser's head rises up at an angle while it floats up, looking like a weakened prey. With the strike of the rod, the Vision 110 Silent Riser darts and slides erratically like afrightened prey, encouraging instantaneous response-strikes.
The Megabass Pro Staff has found that the Vision 110 Silent Riser is the perfect complement to the original Vision 110, triggering strikes from non-aggressive fish, and fish that have otherwise grown wary of noisy jerkbaits especially in conditions where there have been days of non-stop tournament fishing.
