As the winner of many awards over the years, the DESTROYER P3 - F4-66X - CYCLONE is the centrepiece of the DESTROYER P3 line up, and is Yuki Ito’s preferred rod for fast-moving applications. From top water plugs, cranks, and light spinner baits to no sinker worms, this multi-utility rod is highly suited for a wide variety of uses, leaving others in the dust. The high-elasticity COMPLEX manufacturing process creates a casting ability far beyond previous 6’6” rods, even surpassing mid elasticity 7’ rods, and the extreme torque eclipses that of the original DESTROYER F4-66X, helping it land monsters beyond imagination.
FEATURES
The blank used in the DESTROYER Phase 3 series comprises of a 6 axis construction featuring a high-density, ultra high and elastic modulus 46T graphite. With its multi-axis manufacturing technology, the Phase 3 rods feature a thin-wall effect resulting in the magnification and fast transition of vibrations along the blank thus allowing heightened sensitivity. The 6 axis design also allows for additional protection and durability to the rod for prolong usage.
This rod features the same low profile Stealth Reel seat as the ARMS original series. Its low profile design allows the reel to come into direct contact with the 6 axis blank which further enhances the sensitivity of the whole fishing setup. The reel seat is made up of ultra-lightweight and high strength material, which reduces the overall weight and resultant fatigue by the user.
The rods in DESTROYER Phase 3 series consists of Fuji Concept Titanium Guides which are provide enhanced corrosion resistance and at the same time, reduce the overall weight of the rods.
The unique shaft locking system reduces any spatial allowance between the Destroyer Phase 3 rods and the accompanying reel. This increases the rigidity of the support shaft blanks butt section and also increases the sensitivity of the rod setup.
