The Rapala Shadow Rap Jack Deep SDRJ05 is a compact bodied, 5cm, 5.7gram, floating crankbait fishing lure that is designed for deep diving, ground tapping action.

Constructed with a long lip (3.3cm) running almost in line with it belly, the lure will dive rapidly to 3m on a steady retrieve with vigorous head shaking, tail wiggling action, that accentuates the shimmer and reflection of light, off its tall flanks, to attract the attention of its intended prey.

With a very slow rise on the pause to give the lure maximum time to stay in the strike zone, the Shadow Rap Jack Deep is best twitched to imitate the flicker and fade of a dying baitfish to turn on the aggression in the most hook-shy of fish.

Although small in stature, the lure comes with through wire construction to take on prey much larger than itself.

Solid hook ups are achieved with 2 x VMC Black Nickel treble hooks that come standard with this jerk bait.
